The Right Choice
Award Winning Broker~ 2014, 2015 2016 Seattle Awards for Real Estate Consultant
There are few choices in life more influential or important than finding a home that offers a sanctuary of relaxation and joy in our busy lives every day.
People may think that real estate careers are all about having knowledge of Puget Sounds diverse neighborhoods, architectural styles, landscaping, diverse home finishes, comparative market analysis or negotiation strategies. While having those skills and brokerage experience are all important, there’s so much more required to be successful in locating and securing that special home for each of my clients.
Perhaps the most important skill I have developed in my career is listening. It’s the key to understanding your lifestyle choices,
My entire body of experience…education, business management and customer service…helps me to provide you with great ideas and recommendations and then to execute them in a manner that’s as much fun for you as it is for me.
I would invite and encourage you to read what others have said about their positive experiences in working with me.

My career in real estate began over 10 yrs ago, initially as an agent representing Windermere Real Estate on Mercer Island. I was also a site agent and site manager with Windermere Builder Services on several projects in multiple locations.
I have intimate knowledge of the school districts, neighborhoods, restaurants, parks and related nuances of a diverse range of communities in Seattle and on the Eastside, such as…Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Woodinville, Green Lake, Fremont, U District, Queen Ann, Magnolia, Capitol Hill, Shoreline and many others.
I stay on top of industry trends and regulations with ongoing CE courses and seminars. My clients also benefit from a wealth of knowledge in all phases of real estate transactions, architecture styles, real estate contracts, the increasingly important role of technology, strong negotiation skills and innovative strategies for success in multiple bids or competitive offer situations.
My resources can provide you access to some of the area’s best escrow, title, mortgage companies, professional photography & staging, home inspectors and experienced contractors to take the stress out of your buying or selling experience.
I have been privileged to live in many beautiful areas of the world. I grew up in Guilin, a city in southern China known for its dramatic natural mountains and water scenery.
I have also lived in and enjoyed areas of the US, such as Florida and Colorado, since moving here at the age of 11.
Ultimately, I chose to call Seattle my home more than 10 years ago, after falling in love with the majestic mountains, serene lakes and pristine beaches of the Pacific NW.
The “Emerald City” offers all the amenities that you would expect from a world-class city and an opportunity to live in a sophisticated, vibrant, healthy environment, surrounded by nature and a melting pot of international cultures with warm and friendly people.
Tutor in Study Zone, associated with King County Library I have embraced my community by volunteering to serve in various roles, such as…
